Two months of structured, personalised support to create lasting change. I work with a maximum of five Premium families at any one time so that each client receives thorough and consistent guidance. This is for you if you want more than advice; you want accountability, clarity and someone in your corner.

  • 90-Minute Deep Dive Call. We explore your current habits, challenges and family dynamics, and build a realistic, sustainable plan.
  • Personalised Action Plan. You receive detailed feedback including: balanced meal and snack ideas, simple plate structure guidance, tailored nutrient considerations where appropriate, practical strategies for calmer, more confident mealtimes
  • Voxer Support (4 Days Per Week for 8 Weeks). Ongoing guidance, adjustments and encouragement.
  • Exit & Forward Planning Call. We reflect on progress and create a clear path for continued independence.
